Agreement to Terms. By accessing this site or placing an order with Forge Biologix (the “Company”), you

(“Buyer”) confirm you are 21+ and agree to these Terms in full.

Research Use Only. All products are sold for in■vitro research and laboratory development use only by

qualified personnel. Not for human or veterinary use, ingestion, injection, diagnostic, or therapeutic

purposes. Products are not food, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. The

Company is not a compounding pharmacy.

Buyer Responsibilities. Buyer warrants they are trained to handle research materials; will use

appropriate lab facilities, PPE, and disposal; and will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and

international laws. Buyer assumes all risks from handling, storage, use, transfer, and disposal.

No Advice. Information on this site is for educational purposes only and is not medical or legal advice. No

dosing or preparation guidance for human use is provided or implied.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Company and its affiliates

are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Buyer agrees to

indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from claims or losses arising out of Buyer’s

purchase, handling, or use of products.

Intellectual Property. Listing a material does not grant any license to practice patented uses or infringe

third■party rights.

Governing Law. Nevada law governs these Terms without regard to conflict■of■law rules. Venue and

jurisdiction: Clark County, NV.
